The young Belgian Anderlecht striker, Romelu Lukaku could signfor Manchester City next July, said Wednesday the Belgian weeklyFoot Magazine, according to which the English club and the playerhave already reached an agreement.

"The player's legal advisers had a meeting in Manchester on Wednesday to close the contract after working on the issue in thepast 15 days, " Foot Magazine.

Anderlecht set the price of one of their best players at 30 millioneuros. Last week Liverpool had made an offer estimated at 24million euros, according to the Belgian press.

Lukaku, 17, regarded as the best hope of football in his countryalongside his fellow Eden Hazard, Lille of France in the interest ofseveral European clubs like Real Madrid, Liverpool and Chelsea.
