According to reports the 'Daily Express', Manchester City has included Ireland in the offer made by James Milner, who plays for Aston Villa.
Martin O'Neill, coach of Villa Park, has acknowledged that Milner is close to Manchester City.
It is believed that the City will pay 22 million euros by Milner Stephen Ireland.
