BackMan City will not let star forward Carlos Tevez leave this summer for anything less than £50million, according to the latest reports.
Tevez joined City for £32million two years ago but wanted out of Eastlands earlier this season - citing homesickness as a reason to quit England.
He has since gone on to sign a new deal but speculation remains rife that the Argentinian ace still wants to leave, with Inter Milan reportedly leading the chase for his signature.
The Italian giants insist they are not preparing a bid for the 27-year-old but reports persist that Inter will make their move for Tevez in the summer and land him ahead of city rivals AC Milan, Roma and Juventus.
City will do all they can to keep Tevez but may be prepared to listen to offers if it becomes clear the player wants out. However, anything less than £50million will, according to fresh reports, be rebuffed and City would be prepared to keep Tevez against his will unless their asking price is met.
Price set for departure
