It has emerged today, that whilst speaking to Serbian media from the NT training camp, Manchester City left back Aleksandar Kolarov has declared his intention to stay at the Eastlands club to fight for his place in the first team.

Like you said, if he is willing to fight for his place let him be, let him stay!
