Real Madrid still wish to sign Emmanuel Adebayor following his loan spell at the club, but for a fraction of Manchester City's original asking price.
According to The Mirror, Jose Mourinho is only willing to part with £7 million for the striker whereas his parent club are requesting double that to make the transfer permanent.
