City on £40m Latin course
We have renewed the Rumours and Transfers and from now on it will be known as The Reporter.
New changes:
You have the section divided into rumours and pieces of news. You can add photos to the news and rumours. If look carefully, each news that contains an image will have a small icon next to it referring to the image.
Classification of news and rumours:
The classification of news and rumours will be based on two criteria: number of votes and ancestry. The latest and the most voted news and rumours will be displayed on the top. If for example you observe that at the end of one week a news or rumour a lot of votes goes below another article with less votes it will be because it is not so new. In any case you can choose between looking at it in this order, only the latest, the most commented on or only news or rumours.
How do I upload a news?
Inside the section, on the left you will find the "Upload news" botton.
How do I upload a rumour?
Inside this section, on the left you will find the "Upload rumour" botton.
How do I vote for a news or a rumour?
You only have to click on the arrows beside it. The green one means you like it amd the red one (by now it is only available for the users with highest rank) means you don't like it.
City on £40m Latin course
RUMOURMANCHESTER CITY are looking at a £40million swoop for Benfica's highly-rated pair Angel di Maria and Oscar Cardozo.
The South American duo are likely to leave Lisbon this summer and there will be no shortage of interest from the world's top clubs.
City's technical director Mike Rigg says the Latinos are among a list of possible transfer targets drawn up at Eastlands for the summer.
Argentine winger Di Maria, 22, stood out for Benfica against Everton earlier in the season and is expected to shine at the World Cup.
Cardozo, 26, has been in blistering goalscoring form this season and knows all about City through his Paraguay international strike partner and pal Roque Santa Cruz.
Benfica's valuation of £40m for the pair would not be a problem for City, especially if they make the Champions League. Rigg said: "It is logical a club like City should pay attention to such fantastic players."
